You ask where a particular place is with the interrogative kukuphi which is followed by the place name
To say it is in... use kus- plus the placename. To say its is near... use kuseduze nas- plus the placename.

If it is a buildingyou want to describe use the subject concord of the building noun:
Iposihhovisis likude (ukusuka lapha) na? Is
the post office far (to go from here?)
Isiteshi sikude ukusaku lapha na? Is the

Yes it's far Cha alikude, siseduze No
it's not far, it's nearby (NB: agreement = subject concord)
