The suffixes -ek-, -akal- are used to express ...able,, ...ible - the action is intransitive and does not name the agent responsible for it (ie neuter form). Intensive action is expressed using the extension -isis-. A complete action is ofen expressed using the extension -lel- - the extension -ezel- has a similar meaning.

-funeka be desirable
-thandeka be loveable
-fihleka be hidden
-boneka be visible eg kuboneka na? is it visible?

-bambisisa hold fast eg ale ungibambisise do not hold fast here for me
-bonisisa see clearly

-bambelela hold on
-bophelela tie well
-bambezela detain eg musa ukungibambezela don't waste my time
-vimbazela close in
